At ACCL, we undertake research and interpret information needed for policy analysis. We conduct studies at planning and inception stages of projects for example;
We conduct Mid-term Reviews (MTR) which forms the basis for identifying appropriate actions needed to address any particular issues or problems in project design, implementation and management and reinforce initiatives that demonstrate the potential for success.
We conduct End-term Evaluations (ETE) at the final phase of the project. Once the project has been completed, an overall assessment is made to see how best a project has served the objective for which it was launched.
